About National Disability Support Coordination
We are a registered NDIS provider helping people across Australia get the most out of their NDIS plan.
Who we are
A national team, working in your community
National Disability Support Coordination is a team of support coordinators and disability support professionals. We work alongside participants, families and referrers to make the NDIS easier to navigate and easier to use.

Our purpose and values
What guides our work
Four commitments that shape how we support people every day.
Choice and control
Your goals lead every decision we make.
Respect
We listen first, and we treat every person we work with as the expert in their own life.
Local knowledge
We work across service systems around the country, and we know how to navigate them.
Reliability
When we say we will follow up, we follow up.
Our approach
Building confidence, not dependence
We believe a good support coordinator is there to build your confidence, not create dependence. We explain your options clearly, help you make informed decisions, and step back as you build the skills and connections to manage more of your supports yourself.
Safety and quality
Our commitment to safety and quality
We operate under the NDIS Practice Standards, and all of our staff are screened and qualified for the work they do. We welcome feedback at any time, and we make it easy to raise a concern, whether that is directly with us or with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Feedback and ComplaintsAcknowledgement of Country
National Disability Support Coordination acknowledges the Kaurna People of the Adelaide Plains as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, work and gather. We pay our respects to Kaurna Elders past and present.
Diversity and inclusion
We welcome people of every background, culture, ability, age, gender and sexual orientation, and we oppose all forms of discrimination.
